Wild Apple and Greens Juice
A good selection of raw fruit, greens and herbs can do wonders for your health. I started in the nettle patch. Then I added some dandelion, parsley, celery with fresh leaves, silverbeet, lemongrass and sorrel. I added to that 3 wild apples chopped.
I have a great champion copy juicer. Just bung it all through and power up!
