Summer Salsa with chick pea crisps

Lunch meal for treat day

The crackers used here are 25% fat so only have a small serving of 30 gms.

For 1

30 g chickpea crackers

1 diced tomato

1/2 spring onion finely chopped

1 juicy garlic clove

Handful of chopped coriander leaf

dash of apple cider vinegar

seasoning

If you are feeling really naughty, a blob of sour cream works as well.
