I’m just looking at the UltraLux V4 laser which can be used for body contouring and firming, pigmentation, broken capillaries, acne, scarring, hair removal, skintone correction and the wonderful promises of fat cavitation. Oh, to be able to be massaged into skinny, cellulite free, flawless, toned perfection! Isn’t it every girls dream? I don’t want to have to work for it, I want lie back and be transformed, like a butterfly…Ahhh.
I’m doing the best I can, just like you, with the little bit of time and money I have every day to give to my health and beauty. Despite all my efforts, I’m still fat and my belly continues to get fatter if I indulge a little. I’ve been working out doing my selfSpa, lavishing my skin with clay, oil, salt; working those quads, arms and prime movers for a good 30 minutes or more most days. I’ve been diligent and it does me good on many levels. I’m calmer and have more to give, my skin is moist and golden, my muscle tone is more defined (under the fat) and my cellulite is less clumpy; but I’m still fat. I even hired a personal trainer for 4 months but no, I’m still fat but I have kettle weights. I know I need to eat more from the garden and less from the supermarket, but it seems like an impossible amount of effort is required to ward off ageing and fat, and it can really be disheartening to be in a woman’s body, especially when want more for ourselves.
Enter the promise of Fat Cavitation, and laser technology to blast fat cells into oblivion, to then be flushed away, somewhere. Despite my sarcasm, I do find it exciting and have seen the before and after pics by the companies who sell the machines, and without a doubt I want one. I want one so that I can afford to have the treatment myself! We women are just so sluggish around the tummy, thighs and underarms, anything else in our quest for a smaller pant size would be welcome!
So, I’m in the research phase right now and found this gorgeous girl giving her video blog experience with fat cavitation. It did something, but not enough to justify or sustain the expense. Possibly because she has a lot of stomach fat like me. Now she’s doing Zumba with her girlfriend, aware of the role of stress in the big picture and soldiering on as a woman.
If you have any experience with fat cavitation, laser skin treatments or laser hair removal, I’d really love to hear from you in the comments.
Mostly though, I wanted to say, just love your body and be kind to it, it serves you well and appreciates even the little things you do for it, skinny or fat. In the mean time, I’ll be dreaming of a way to make this affordable for me and my clients.
